Scope

These terms describe use of the Coheryn Technologies website, documentation, and inquiry form. Commercial work, support commitments, and software purchases require a separate agreement. A contact submission does not create a services contract or a non-disclosure agreement.

Website information

Documentation and engineering articles provide general technical information. Evaluate examples in your own environment before using them. Architectural descriptions do not constitute warranties, service-level commitments, or measured performance results unless a page explicitly links to a defined test and its results.

Software licenses

Each software repository and distributed package is governed by its included license. Check that license and any third-party notices before use. Website descriptions do not replace those terms or grant rights to trademarks. Commercial deliverables are governed by their respective agreements.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, submit malicious material, or use the form for bulk unsolicited messages. Security reports are welcome through the contact page; avoid accessing another person's data or testing in a way that harms service availability.

Inquiries

Provide accurate contact details and only information you are authorized to share. Do not submit credentials or sensitive personal information. Inquiries are stored for staff review; a confirmation means the website saved your request, not that an engagement has been accepted or a response deadline agreed. Data handling is described in the privacy notice.

Availability and external services

We may correct, update, or withdraw website content. External repositories and package registries operate under their own terms. The website and examples are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose. These terms do not exclude rights or obligations that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
